How we work..

Please bare in mind for when you arrive for your appointment some of the ways we work to make it a pleasant, relaxing experience for you.

A few of the new changes to be aware of before you arrive:

If you would like us to wear a mask for you please pop yours on when entering the salon.

ALL appointments will require a pre-booked appointment by phone or e-mail. This includes skin tests and consultations.

Appointments will require a 50% deposit upon booking.

Please ensure hair is brushed through prior to your appointment and not tangled. Time to untangle hair will be charged at £10 per 15 minutes.

No rough dry's - Any appointments booked without a cut or finish will be left wet due to managing a tight time schedule.
