Training with Award winning stylist, Rebecca Jacques!

On Monday 26th February 2024 welcomed Award winning stylist to the salon for a day of training on short cuts.

Over the years we have invested heavily in colour training but having Rebecca in salon refreshing us on bobs and pixie cuts and on-trend styles was amazing.

Here are our 2 gorgeous winners of our social media competition we ran on Mother's Day weekend.

They were both treated to a pamper in salon with a blowdry and intense treatment by Helen & Mikey.

'Not Another' Academy

April 2023

Helen attended Vivid colour training with Norman at Not Another Salon in London in April.

Working with different techniques of applying and using vivid colour and working with colour cocktails and mixtures to create colour and blends.

Its great working with like-minded colourists from all over the world. We had colourists from Malta, France and America! Which was amazing!

Mikey's Wella Training

January / February 2023

Mikey took a trip to Wella Studio's in Manchester to learn advanced balayage and highlighting techniques.

He has adapted these techniques in salon to create freehand balayage and foilage and the toning process afterwards.

'Not Another' Academy Training

February & May 2022

Helen attended Not Another Academy training on tour this year.

February consisted of brushing up and improving new techniques on balayage and foilage skills at Daniel Granger Salon in Northampton.

Training in May was at Alice and the Hair in Derby and looked at colour correction scenarios and scalp bleaching and toning hair safely and achieving lightness and lifting as even as possible.
