We operate a Cancellation Policy in salon.
- 24 hours Cancellation Notice is required for all services.
- For colour appointments & Nanokeratin appointments, a 50% deposit will be required of the quoted overall cost. This will be needed to secure a booking and redeemed towards the bill on the day.
- Failure to cancel within the period notice will incur the 50% deposit being lost and full payment due before booking any more appointments.
- Failure to show for a booked appointment will have any further appointments automatically cancelled. Future appointments will require full payment up front upon booking.
- Deposit can be transferred if re-booked within a 48 hour period.
- Maximum of 3 re-books on the same appointment. After this the deposit will be lost.
- In case of emergencies please contact us immediately by phone or text message on 07447683124 asap.
- Cancellation Policy applies to ALL services at Rubix Hair Salon Limited.
- We have the right to take full service cost from card capture if failure to turn up for appointment.
A deposit can be taken in salon or over the phone by card payment with a provided link sent via sms or e-mail for data protection security. We accept all major debit/credit cards.
