Before you read our price list please note...

1. A skin test is required 2 days prior to ALL colour services unless you have had your colour done with us within 6 months.


2. If you are unsure of what colour service to book in please do not book online, give us a call or pop in for a complementary consultation. This will ensure we allocate enough time for your service.


3. A blowdry after a service is not compulsory but we would prefer you book one so we can check you are satisfied with the end result. However, without one we can not be held liable for for any service once you have left the salon.


4. There is an age restriction for all colour services of 16 and above.


5. A retainer fee may be required for larger colour services, Nanokeratin treatments & extensions. Please note we have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Anything within this period will result in loss of retainer fee.


6. For ALL dry cuts and child cuts please ensure hair is freshly washed and blowdried/straightened ready for your appointment. Any extra time needed to comb out, blowdry or straighten will be charged as an extra cost.

Price List


Due to the nature of our colour work, Nanokeratin Smoothing Treatments and extensions, our appointments require our full attention and time! This means we may take a retainer fee to secure the appointment which then comes off your final bill. Please note as much as we are a family friendly salon, for larger appointments we advice younger children are left at home for their own safety and to ensure you can relax and enjoy your time with us.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a Cancellation Policy in salon.


  • 24 hours Cancellation Notice is needed for all services.
  • 48 hours Cancellation Notice is needed for all services over 1 hour.
  • Failure to cancel within the notice period will incur a standing charge of £5 per 15 minutes applied to your account on your next service.
  • For colour appointments & Nanokeratin appointments a 50% retainer fee will be required of the quoted overall cost. This will be needed upon booking.
  • Failure to cancel within the period notice will incur the 50% Retainer Fee being lost.
  • The full Retainer Fee will be deducted from the overall bill when checking out on the day of the appointment.
  • Retainer Fee can be transferred if re-booked within the 48 hour period.
  • Maximum of 3 re-books on the same appointment. After this the Retainer Fee will be lost.
  • In case of emergencies please contact us immediately.
  • Cancellation Policy applies to ALL services at Rubix Hair Salon Limited.


*Failure to turn up for a booked appointment, a no show will be on your account, further appointments will require full payment up front upon booking. Online booking will also be blocked.


The retainer fee can be taken in salon or over the phone by card payment. We accept all major debit/credit cards. 

If booking online, you will find our bank transfer details on the confirmation e-mail once booking has taken place. This will need to be paid at the time of booking.
